Admission Rule

Admission is open to all  from Grades Nursery to STD-VIII  according to NEP 2020 for the academic session 2024-25.

The Admission form fill-up can take place both in ONLINE and OFFLINE modes at parents’ convenience. The school also provides ON-SPOT ADMISSION facility and ADMISSION ON MERIT. PAYMENT provision is reserved for OFFLINE mode only.

RULES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION & ADMISSION

  • Visit the school website https://dwpsslg.com/
  • Register online for Grades Nursery to Grades VIII  by clicking on the Online Registration Button on the home page.
  • An automated message acknowledging the receipt of Registration will be sent to the Parents.
  • Admission Executives will follow up with the parents of registered students telephonically and they will be assigned a date for the Entrance Test. Merit-based students may not have to appear for the Entrance Test at the discretion of the management.
  • Date and time of Entrance Test and Interactive Session along with other details will be sent via email and message to the Registered Contact.
  • The email will contain complete guidance towards completing the Online Entrance Test procedure (Link for downloading Zoom App, Links for the various subject tests and other instructions and guidance).
  • Results will be declared through an Admission Letter in Email within two to three hours from the date of the test.
  • The Admission Executive will guide the parent towards completion of the Payment of the Admission fee (Offline) and completing other Admission formalities.
  • Parents will upload the required documents to the official email ID for final verification and registration.
  • There may be a Final Round of Interview for the Parents as well as the Student with the Academic Head.
  • Upon receipt of the final payment, the student’s ADMISSION NUMBER,ID FOR THE SCHOOL IDENTITY  and DIGITAL LIBRARY CARD, and link for accessing the Quarterly Academic and Extracurricular Development Report (QAEDR) link will be generated and sent to the Parent in their registered Mobile Number. A GRIEVANCE ID will also be sent to the parent and accessible to only the Academic Head for smooth query resolution.
  • Parents will have to submit the Mandatory Anti-Ragging, Bullying, and School Rules Abiding Undertaking following the completion of the Admission Process.
  • The school and house dresses, bag, books, and other accessories can further be collected from the School Supply Station.

RULES FOR OFFLINE REGISTRATION & ADMISSION

  • Parents will visit the school and fill up the Admission Enquiry Form.
  • Admission Counselling will be provided by the Admission Counsellors.
  • The Parents will have to fill the Registration Form.
  • A guided tour of the Campus and Hostel along with a presentation on “HOLISTIC EDUCARE @ DWPS” will be provided to them.
  • Every prospective students will appear for the Entrance Test. Merit-based students may not have to appear for the Entrance Test at the discretion of the Management.
  • Results will be declared through an Admission Letter in Email within two to three hours from the date of the test.

  • Parents will visit the school and fill up the Admission Enquiry Form.
  • Admission Counselling will be provided by the Special Education Counsellor.
  • The Parents will have to fill the Registration Form.
  • A guided tour of the Campus and Hostel along with a presentation on “HOLISTIC EDUCARE @ DWPS” will be provided to them.
  • Every prospective student special student will be given direct admission provided all medical documents are submitted.
  • The Admission Executive will guide the parent towards completion of the Payment of the Admission fee (Offline) and completing other Admission Formalities.
  • Parents will provide all the required documents to the Admin Department for final verification and registration.
  • There may be a Final Round of Interview for the Parents as well as the Student with the Academic Head.

RULES FOR OFFLINE REGISTRATION & ADMISSION

  1. The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year will neither be refunded nor transferred to any other year or towards sibling fee.
  2. Advance fees may be deposited.
  3. Overall a parent can request part payment through letter of consideration, however it is at the discretion of the Management to consider.
  4. No payment of Fees for more than 3 months will attract a late payment fine (10 % of the monthly fees) and in extreme cases termination of the Registration.
